How well connected is 99 City Road?
It’s really easy to get to us on public transport as Old Street Tube and Rail station is directly outside the building. If you’re attending an event and planning to stay overnight we are just a short walk from some splendid hotels and we’ve negotiated discounted stays for our delegates at the likes of Ace Hotel and Nobu Hotel, both in Shoreditch.
Who will be on hand on the day of my event?
We have a team of talented audio-visual technicians to bring your visuals to life and ensure the smooth running of your presentations. Unlike many London event venues, their expertise is included in the DDR. We also have an award-winning, in-house catering team who will serve your chosen menu throughout the day and keep your guests refreshed. Our event coordinators are also present throughout the day to answer queries and provide peace of mind.
Can I influence the menu choices?
The answer is yes. We’re all ears and open to your thoughts on any special themed requests and we love to collaborate with clients to ensure catering is just right. We also offer an exciting range of catering menus to choose from with fun options like street food boxes and burger bars. Vegetarian, vegan, halal or gluten free? We cater for a range of requirements. Just so you know, our food is freshly prepared and ethically sourced too.
What event registration system do you have in place?
Q-Flow is what we work with here at 99 City Road. Q-Flow is a top-of-the-range online registration system, also known as the leading event check-in solution of its kind. A member of our event management team will be available to help with the real-time registration of your event and we can provide up to four iPads.
Can I brand the venue?
We’re a blank canvas venue so you’ve got free rein to splash your branding in lots of locations throughout the centre. Were you thinking of digital displays? Wall or floor vinyls?
