It enables team members to plan milestones and embed due dates on a visual timeline letting organisers see who is working on what and when. Monday.com also lets users record estimated expenses, providing the option to compare the projections to actual costs to keep expenditure under control.


Yapp is an app used to collate and present key information that attendees might need, such as location specifics, key speakers and the running order of an event. If an event organiser who was holding an event at 99 City Road Conference Centre used this app, they could include directions from the Old Street Tube and Rail station and list hotels in the Shoreditch area.
