We’re recruiting for a new Events Coordinator to join our busy team at 99 City Road Conference Centre. It’s a great opportunity to start a career in the events sector as you will learn all aspects of event planning and execution.
The role will involve handling client enquiries, assisting with the running of events, facilitating client conference venue visits, managing and logging bookings and being the front of house contact for any internal or external queries.
As well as working on multiple external events, the candidate will also be responsible for managing the internal meetings across the 24 meeting rooms throughout the Inmarsat headquarters in which we are located.
We’re looking for someone who can work under pressure in a busy environment and who can work early or longer hours when needed. The candidate will need to be organised and a confident communicator.
