This online hub for managing events is proving popular with event planners. It allows you to manage multiple events and registrations using spreadsheets and emails, keeping everything you need in one handy place. It’s designed to be the one app that event planners use rather than using dozens of apps that each do something different.
If you usually use a photo booth at your events than this app based system provides a great alternative and can save on space and equipment. You can make a custom frame that attendees can then use while taking a selfie. You will then have access to all of the photos to share on social media, making your brand more visible.
To add an interactive element to your event, try using Mentimeter. This online presentation tool allows you to add questions, polls and quizzes that your audience can react to during an event. When you create a presentation a code will be generated that can be shared with your audience. They can then just log on with the code to the Mentimeter site and participate in the event.
