New Conference Centre Menu is Proving a Big Hit
Our new conference centre menu has been a big hit this summer, particularly our globally inspired hot fork buffet with menus inspired from seven different cuisines – Amalfi, Persia, Tex-Mex, Pan-Asian, Latin America, North African and good old British!
Guests are invited to choose one ‘country’ for their catering and each two-course menu offers a choice of mains, desserts and side dishes.
Prepared and provided by our on-site caterers Elior UK, our conference and events menus are a far cry from your average fayre. From saffron marinated king prawns and teriyaki glazed chicken to braised beef steak and cod and chips, all the menus are about big flavours and fresh ingredients.
Each menu also offers a delicious selection of vegetarian dishes, including pesto and mozzarella arancini with herb aioli and baby leaves (Amalfi), sweet peppers, potato, crushed pea and three cheese quesadillas (Tex-Mex) and Potaje De Frijoles – Cuban white bean stew (Latin America).
Of course, we are also happy to work with you to create your own menu – the options are endless!
