Here at 99 City Road we are always listening to client feedback and looking at ways in which we can enhance our customer service, so we recently installed a state-of-the-art registration system to help our clients’ events run even more smoothly.

The Snafflz system has replaced our traditional paper print-out system and it provides a seamless and streamlined service, from start to finish – and is already proving to be a real boon to clients and delegates alike.

To take advantage of this system clients just need to send us an Excel document with their attendee names, in advance of their event, which we then load into the Snafflz system.

iPads are then used to check in all visitors and delegates electronically, and the system springs into action, syncing all data with all relevant devices, providing your visitors’ arrival time, telling you the number of check-ins, and keeping you abreast of all other relevant information. This data can then be easily exported to an Excel document or as a PDF if needed, for post-event evaluation.

This new system has already proved its value by speeding up and streamlining the whole registration process, improving and speeding up the after-event reporting process and, of course, being more environmentally friendly by saving paper.

It has also proved to be very effective at helping event organisers with their stress levels, since they can easily track when their speakers have arrived – worrying about your speaker being delayed is, in our experience, one of the main causes of high blood pressure for event organisers!
